SHIPPING

Once your item has been quality checked by our team, it will be dispatched the following day. Items are shipped within 3-4 working days.

For large furniture deliveries some of these are made to order these will be later shipped via DHL Express. Items made to order are notarised with expected shipping dates.

Express Delivery

Depending on the item and shipping address, it may be possible to have your order delivered more quickly. Please write a message through the contact page to discuss your options.

•  Please note that some products require a signature as proof of delivery. In the event of a failed delivery to you, our courier may re-attempt delivery, where we will contact you to re-arrange delivery.
• We will give you an estimated date for delivery pease note this is specific per certain items as some are made to order – shipping may take up 2 weeks. (This is labelled per specific item)
• We cannot accept orderes to P.O. boxes.

We will endeavour to deliver any products ordered within the estimated period. If our supply of your item is delayed by an event outside our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of the delay and let you know what we can to reduce the delay. We will use the most reliable couriers to prevent delays, this may be outside of our control and we shall have no liability for delays. If you have any questions, please contact through the customer care form. We welcome any feedback about our service, so that we can improve. We aim to deal with any problems as quickly and efficiently as possible.
