ONLINE ORDERS
DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO SHOP ONLINE?
No, an account is not required to make online purchases. We do reccomend registering for an account as it can help with a faster checkout and personalisation features, such as accessing your order history information or wish list items.
HOW DO I KNOW YOU HAVE RECEIVED MY ORDER?
Once items have been ordered, a confirmation page will show a summary of your transaction with order ID. You may print this for your records, an email version of this summary will be sent promptly to the email you provided with your order. We’ll send subsequent email(s) when your product ships, including tracking information.
HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER WILL ARRIVE?
Depending on what you have ordered some items can be shipped within the same week. Other items are made to order, this will be displayed in the item description and checkout page.

Yes you can! Our aim is to be to be as sustainable as possible. Majority of our products are made to order in the UK, ensuring not to overproduce or for materials to go to waste.

DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES?
We do not currently deliver to PO boxes.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A REFUND?
All online orders require a credit card as the method of payment, your refund be proccessed through the same card used to make the original purchase. Refunds will take 10-12 working days to appear.
